Activities:

• overall organization of initiatives and projects related to various events, activities, and campaigns for higher employee engagement and motivation
• design and implementation of surveys of different natures. Analyzing and presenting the results, as well as studying the effectiveness of the implemented activities in the department and proposing optimizations
• actively participates in the development programs – identifying the needs, organizing training activities, developing of competencies, etc.
• participation in administrative activities and interaction with other departments, internal customers of the company, and external partners in the implementation of activities
• supports the activities in the HR departments of the company's international companies
