1. What does Easy Credit mean?
Easy Credit is a small, unsecured consumer loan (from 100 BGN to 3000 BGN) granted for a term from 8 to 43 weeks. The loan repayment is effected by preliminary agreed, fixed weekly installments. Such installments include principal and interest. No additional fees or commissions are charged by the company. We provide to all our customers weekly collection of repayment installments due at their homes – convenient and easy! Our customers do not have to queue up or visit remote offices.
2. Why do they come at my home to collect repayment installments?
The service of collecting repayment installments is very convenient for most of our customers. It gives them the opportunity to focus on their everyday duties without any need to lose time for servicing of their credit. In addition, it gives our Credit Consultants the opportunity to get better acquainted with the customers, to understand their needs and requirements in order to serve them better in the future. Such service differentiates our form of crediting from other standard credit granting methods. Gradually the Credit Consultant becomes in closer terms with the customer, he knows better how to help them, when and what to offer, when and what to refuse.

4. Why do Credit Consultants collect so much information about credit applicants?
Easy Credit is a credit without any guarantee or mortgage. Therefore, the decision on granting of a credit is taken on the basis of information, provided by the customer only. The more accurate and clear such information is, the easier it will be for our software products and Credit Inspectors to evaluate the risk related to a specific customer and they will be able, respectively, to take an informed and right decision.
5. What happens to the information collected?
Easy Asset Management acts as a personal data administrator pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act. The company strictly observes the requirements of this act. We do not use collected information for any other purposes, except for taking decisions to grant or not to grant credits required. Our employees are discreet and respect the wish and the right of our customers to confidentiality and strict protection of any data received in the course of the application procedure.
6. May I apply for a credit again in the case that my previous application has been rejected?
Yes, you may apply for a credit as many times as you wish. If your application has been rejected, you can try again after 3 motnhs or if changes have occurred in your social and economic status. For example if you have acquired a new source of income, certain expenses have dropped out or you have changed your job.
