Complaint

1. Each "Easy Asset Management" client is entitled to lodge a complaint / objection related to the provision of consumer loans.

2. Any complaint / objection from the consumer must be submitted on paper or another durable medium.

3. Each clinet's appeal / objection should be submitted and then listed in the registry of the Company's Central Office, located in the city of Sofia with address: 1324 Sofia, Liulin district, 28 Djavaharlal Neru Blvd., office 40-46. or in a relevant regional office.

4. Filing an objection or complaint from consumers in connection with the credit agreement is not a prerequisite for the formation of conciliation proceedings under article 40, section 1 of the Consumer Credit Act.
